To purchase products from CHILL°D, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to purchase alcoholic beverages in your country of residence. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we believe this is not the case.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, prices, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to the nature of the products. All images are for illustrative purposes only, and the actual product may vary.

5. Ordering and Payment

You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. This does not constitute acceptance of your order; a contract is formed once we dispatch the goods.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods specified on our website.

Payments are processed securely using a third-party payment gateway.

6. Delivery and Risk

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and subject to availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to courier delays, extreme weather, or customs clearance delays.

Risk and Ownership: Ownership of the products will pass to you once payment is received in full, and risk will transfer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Non-returnable Products: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of food and drink products once they have been dispatched.

Dissatisfaction with Products: If you are genuinely dissatisfied with any of our products, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by emailing contact@chill-d.life with the reasons for your dissatisfaction. We will review your claim, and if we find it valid, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Cancellations: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for non-perishable goods within 14 days of receiving the products, provided that the goods remain unopened and in their original condition. To cancel, you must notify us via email at contact@chill-d.life. Please note that this right does not apply to perishable goods (e.g., drinks).

Important Legal Considerations:   

1.    Right to Cancel: You are not required to accept cancellations for perishable items (like drinks), but for non-perishable goods, UK law gives consumers a 14-day right to cancel.   

2.    Health and Safety Regulations: The prohibition of returning foodanddrink due to healthandsafety reasons is supported by law, but ensure that your dissatisfaction policy complies with consumer rights. 

3.    Data Protection: Ensure your privacy policy is in line with the UK GDPR. This includes clear information on how you collect, use, and protect personal data, as well as providing customers with clear rights regarding their data (e.g., the right to access or delete their data).

Shipping policy:

1. Order Processing

At CHILL°D, we aim to processandship your order as quickly as possible. All orders will be processed within 3-4 business days after payment is received.

Processing Times:   

•    Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding UK public and bank holidays.   

•    Orders placed over the weekend or on public/bank holidays will be processed starting on the next available business day.

2. Shipping Times and Costs

We offer Standard Delivery only, which typically takes 2-3 business days once your order has been dispatched. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your orderandthe delivery location within the UK. Please note that any delivery time frames provided are estimates. While we strive to meet these estimates, external factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or weatherconditions) may impact the actual delivery time. CHILL°D is not liable for delays once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the UK at this time.

4. Shipping Restrictions 

•    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (e.g., BFPO).   

•    A signature is required upon delivery. If your order contains alcoholic beverages, the recipient must be over the legal drinking age in the UK, and ID verification may be required by the courier.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at contact@chill-d.life. We will work with the courier to resolve any issues. In the event of a lost or damaged parcel, please notify us within 14 days of the expected delivery date for further assistance.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled if it has already been processed. However, if you need to make any changes, please contact us immediately at contact@chill-d.life, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept delivery, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
